Home Depot Kids Workshop: Crate Toolbox

Kids get to build a wooden tool box for Home Depot Kids Workshop for the month of January. It will be held on January 7, 2017, Saturday at your local Home Depot from 9 AM to 12 NN. The wooden tool box can be used by the children to keep their little toys or tools! As of previous Home Depot Kids Workshops, kids get to keep their projects, along with an apron, a commemorative pin, and a certificate of achievement, all provided free by Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot for providing these free workshops for kids!!!

Children must be accompanied by adults. Tools to build the wooden tool box will be provided by Home Depot. For more information, and to register, go to the Home Depot Kids Workshop’s website. There are also workshops provided for adults.

And speaking of tool boxes, I have discovered a wonderful tool box with tools for kids. Click on the link to read my complete review of the Create & Learn 18-Piece Tool Set with Toolbox.

Update: Here is the photo of the tool box that my child made during the workshop. It is very sturdy and can be used to store so many things, not just tools. The Home Depot staff were also very nice and helpful. They made it a very fun event.

As always, I would love to hear from you. Please share your thoughts and leave a comment below.
